Derived of years of experience in the maintenance of the high-speed rail system, the Triaxis T series of specialized repair material was developed to address a variety of concerns posed by the surfacing presently available on the Chinese market. 【Primary Uses】:
1. Point reinforcement in the case of architectural fracturing, porousness, and crumbling; the repair of concrete honeycombing, leakage, and fracturing; the patching of damage to protective layering.
2. As defense against mechanical weathering, damage by extreme temperatures, and chemical corrosion; the repair of damage that arises of these factors.
3. Repairing or improving the friction resistance of roadways, bridges, airport runways, garages, and other environments that sustain thoroughfare.
【Utilization】:
1. Mix Material A and Material B evenly in a 2 : 1 ration. Then add Material C, such that the overall ratio of materials A, B, and C is 2 : 1 : 6. Mix again until even throughout, to a consistency resembling putty.
2. Spread repair material evenly across targeted area, and smooth with a trowel. The surface is usable 24 hours after completion.
【Packaging & Storage】:
1. Packaging: Material A – 20 kg per bucket; Material B – 10 kg per bucket; Material C – 30 kg per sack.
2. Store in a dry, well-ventilated environment. Take measures to avoid exposure to water or moisture.
3. If left sealed within its original packaging, the product bears an effective shelf-life of 6 months. No special shipping considerations apply.
Triaxis T-1 Cementitious Mortar Repair Material
Triaxis T-1 is a non-flammable, non-toxic cementitious mortar repair material. It is easy to use, and ready for application upon even mixture with an appropriate quantity of water. The product is primarily used to repair crevices and surface damage.

Triaxis T-3 is a cementitious construction material, primarily intended to aid in the levelling of concrete flooring. Ready for use upon even mixture with an appropriate quantity of water, it rapidly attains durability in the early hardening period, and the completed surface is strong and resistant to fracturing and other damage.

Triaxis T-4 is an innovative, rapidly curing construction material for use in the repair of concrete fracturing. On completion of curing, the product appears seamlessly integrated with the concrete surface. Application of the product prevents further spreading of fractures.

1. Water-Powder Ratio: 0.3~0.4; ready for use in the levelling of concrete flooring upon even mixture with an appropriate quantity of water. Fill fractures or crevice with material, and smooth with a trowel.
2. On completion of repairs, please take note to quickly clean the area near the fractures or crevice.
【Usage Provisions】:
1. Surface intended for repairs should be solid and weight-bearing; prior to repairs, debris, metals, and coating materials should be removed from the vicinity.
2. Polishing and smoothing procedures should not be applied until the product is entirely cured.
